Facts About Depression

Depression is a state of behaviour that can have a significant impact on an individual's thoughts, behaviour, feelings and physical well being. Depression is primarily resulted from bad memories or emotional disturbance from tumultuous times. When faced with depression, an individual suffers from mental effects such as feeling sad, empty, anxious, lack of motivation or sometimes even thoughts of contemplated suicide. Besides mental effects, depression might also take a physical toll on its victims. People who suffer from depression are usually in a bad state of health due to their adverse emotional disturbance. Physical effects like insomnia, fatigue and indigestion might also persist to those suffering from depression.
